We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembler (entry level or assembly experience) for aircraft ground support equipment components to become an integral part of our team! You will perform assembly line tasks as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. The assembly role requires teamwork and attention to detail. We offer the opportunity and ability to learn many aspects of the aircraft ground support manufacturing process besides just being an "assembler".
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work within a team to assemble products and components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Rotate through tasks for specific production processes
• Assist in managing inventory
• Label and prepare finished products for shipment
• Ability to package products and manage shipping and receiving department
• Maintain a clean, organized and orderly working area
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Willingness to learn the manufacturing and assembly process
• Familiarity with assembly tools, power tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work in teams when required and to collaborate with team members to meet deadlines
• Must be a self-starter and the ability to work productively with minimal supervision
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
