Alva Manufacturing is a fast-growing Aerospace Machine Shop located in city of Placentia currently supplying parts to Boeing Defense, Northrop Grumman, Lockheed Martin, and many more. We utilize the latest technologies including 5-Axis Milling, Multi-Axis Turning, and Automated-Pallet Changing/Lights-out Production systems, CMM Inspection equipment. Most of the products that we build here are flying to Space and to Mars.

The organization is expanding to multiple locations within Orange County, as well as building the R&D team to develop our own Robotics system. We have two facilities, located in city of Placentia and Garden Grove. We are looking for additional team players to support the following roles:
CNC MILL MACHINISTS: (1st and 2nd shift)
- Must be familiar with Fanuc and Haas Control
- Must have experience in working with Aerospace parts requirement
- Have good understanding of GD and T
- Must be able to do own setup with minimal instructions
- Must be able to inspect own parts before submitting to Quality Inspection
- Experience with machining different material including Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless Steel
DEBURRING/FINISHING TECHNICIAN: (1st Shift)
- Must be proficient using variety of hand tools such as grinder, benching wheel, deburring knives
- Must be able to read and interpret drawings
- Must be able to work on tight tolerance parts with high surface finish
- Familiar with different type of material including Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum.
TOOL CRIB ATTENDANT: (1st and 2nd shift)
- Familiar with different cutting tools and inspection gages
- Understanding of machining process and communicate with programming/engineering team to prepare correct tooling kits
- Able to work in the fast pace environment
- Preferably having experience with ERP/inventory management system
ESTIMATOR:
- Must have experience in machining process, able to identify number of operations required to complete the part
- Familiar with different manufacturing process including grinding, wire EDM, sheet metal fabrication, etc.
- Ability to communicate with outside vendors to obtain raw material, and different processing costs
- Ability to meet critical due dates required on important projects
