Key Responsibilities
· Supervise and coordinate production employees on 2nd shift 2 pm- 10:30 pm
· Monitor manufacturing processes for windows, doors, frames, glass installation, and assembly operations.
· Ensure production schedules and delivery deadlines are met.
· Maintain quality standards and implement corrective actions when needed.
· Enforce workplace safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements.
· Train, coach, and evaluate production team members.
· Manage labor utilization, productivity, and workflow efficiency.
· Coordinate with maintenance, quality, engineering, and warehouse departments.
· Track production metrics and prepare performance reports.
· Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing and 5S programs.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED; associate or bachelor degree preferred.
· Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
· Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety regulations.
· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
