We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Medical Assembler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging medical products in accordance with company quality standards and safety regulations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to maintaining accuracy and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately assemble and package products according to established specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect products under a microscope to ensure they are free of defects or particles.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures and GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing and inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Must pass E-verify Authorization.
