We are a vitamin manufacturing warehouse based in Anaheim Hills, CA, currently seeking a skilled Stick Pack Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in operating and maintaining our stick pack machines while ensuring that all production processes align with company policies and procedures.
Summary:
The Stick Pack Machine Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating assigned machines while ensuring all production requirements and quality standards are met. The role requires adherence to standard operating procedures, documentation accuracy, and maintenance of a clean work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Operate and maintain assigned machines safely and efficiently.
Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor product quality to ensure all standards are met or exceeded.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Operate and perform routine maintenance on the stick pack machine.
Complete all required documentation and reports accurately.
Assist in writing and developing SOPs.
Report any damaged materials or equipment to the department manager.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve production processes.
Qualifications
Ability to read and write in English.
Basic math skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Some experience as a machine operator or in a similar role.
Minimum of two years of experience in the supplement or food manufacturing industries preferred.
Experience operating stick pack machinery.
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
