This is a unique opportunity to work in and potentially manage a business that helps families preserve their history, tell their stories, and celebrate their milestones.
We have the privilege of working closely with families to tell their most important stories and being entrusted with their most precious family media. We professionally convert video, film, audio and images from their original medium to digital format for permanent archiving. We provide personal editing services to assist families in telling stories, celebrating milestones, and honoring their heritage at weddings, funerals, graduations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other significant events. Our technicians work with customers one-on-one and process orders on-site. In addition to families we serve businesses, government offices and not-for-profit organizations nationwide through mail-in and walk-in service Monday through Saturday.
The main responsibility of the technician is to ensure that all customer interactions and experiences meet or exceed customer expectations. Specific responsibilities include: queue management, answering phone calls, working with customers on site to determine their needs, identify and transfer media.
