I’m forced to sell this gorgeous motorcycle, due that I had a family tragedy. I bought it as a project bike with original miles. Since there was no records, I decided to invest in it and so I know what I replace for my peace of mind.
The following parts were purchased OEM and replaced:
Engine oil. Engine air filter. All four front tire break pads. Both front and back tires and a new battery. After that, I took it for a 30 miles ride test. So the tires only have 30 miles on it. In total miles that I probably put 100 or less. When purchased, it was registered through the DMV and it sat for a year due to my busy life. Prior to the registration expiration, it was put on “None Operation.” So there’s no late fees nor penalties. If and when its purchase, the new owner only has to pay the transfer ownership and registration fees. Which might be $200-300? When I decided to continue working on it by replacing the spark plugs, back breaks and Engine cooling fluid and work on the ABS, our family tragedy happened. Sadly, I can no longer continue with this project. I have the OEM back break pads and engine cooling fluid and a spare break disk for anyone who would like to take over. I spent over $1000 buying these OEM parts. I really don’t want to sell it as It’s a gorgeous bike! With only 41K original miles. So, since there’s work to be done, which anyone with mechanical knowledge can fix and only their time has to be invested as I have the brand new parts. Asking $6000 “cash only” or best reasonable offer. Low ballers and scammers will be ignore. No rides, unless serious to buy and cash on hand. By the way, I have a close friend of mine with a 2003 BMW K1100 with over 300.000 miles! And still riding it ! Thank you for shopping
