i have 2 new milgard, single-hung, white vinyl windows that are brand new / have never been installed.
dual pane / dual glazing
the milgard model number is 6270R VI SH Z-bar.
These windows are on the milgard web site under the 'Styleline' series.
the rough opening is 28.5" Wide, and 56.5" Tall.
There is a 1.5" border / flange around the perimiter of the entire window.
the opening sash is on the bottom and there is a screen. The glass is NOT clear, rather it is privacy glass / frosted (on both sashes...) ideal for a bathroom. again the glass is not clear
