17 boxes (16 unopened) of MSI's Waterproof Aura Gold® Oak Wood Flooring from the Everlife® Woodhills® Collection. 21.67 sq ft per box X 17 boxes = 368.39 sq ft with a few planks short on the opened box. We purchased this flooring through our contractor, but later decided to go with a slightly different color of the same product. One box was opened for inspection and a few planks were given away as samples. $1150 for all. Text Grant with questions. Cash, Zelle, Venmo. Pick up at our home in west Fullerton. Delivery considered as part of negotiated total price.
