Local creative marketing company with national exposure seeking a multi-faceted individual to take on the role of Office Coordinator & Event Planner.
The coordinator is responsible for planning various office events including parties, barbeques, dinners, holiday activities, local parade entries, and many more. This position also includes office duties like maintaining various supplies, errands, and light grocery shopping.
He/She is the “office cheerleader” and in charge of creating a fun and positive environment for a company of 14 creative professionals
The company has various events throughout the year that require coordinating with venues, restaurants, and scheduling. There are also in-office events like lunches, birthdays, and games that this position is in charge of putting together. All events help keep the office running and give each employee a sense of fun in the workplace.
There are also daily duties that include keeping the office adequately stocked and tidy, and running various short distance errands. Proficiency on Macs, Apple Email, and iCal is recommended. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and effective Internet searching is a plus. The position includes competitive pay and a part-time weekly work schedule, with potential to grow into a full-time position.
