He has a great ear, and can really give you the tools to become the best player you can be. I look forward to our sessions every week! If you're just starting out, or have been playing for years, you will always learn something new. Give him a try and you won't be disappointed!
* (5 stars) Whether you are beginner, intermediate or advanced with your guitar playing, Mitchell can teach you and take you to the next level. He has done that for me. I was stuck for a long time, but almost immediately with Mitchell, I started covering my favorite songs. And when Mitchell tabs a song for you, you can be sure it is note for note, all the proper chords and in the right key. Mitchell has an amazing ear!! Any song, any genre. Hire Mitchell and be prepared to fall in love with your guitar all over again, because you will want to play way more often.
* (5 Stars) I'd hit a wall with my playing and wasn't sure how to break out of the pentatonic box I'd gotten stuck in, but after 4 months of working with Mitchell, I've absolutely unlocked a new level of understanding that incorporates the whole neck. He's a great player with a great resume, and he's done a ton to help me improve when I thought I'd plateaued. Thanks Mitchell!
* (5 Stars) Michell is awesome! I am a late 40's guy who has been noodling on a guitar for 30 years with no direction... I luckily found Mitchell to help get me heading in the right direction with my guitar skills. He has a great way of approaching teaching and adapts to the way you learn. He has helped me so much over the past several months its ridiculous... wish I would have been taking lessons from him the past 30 years.
* (5 stars) Mitchell is an eternally patient instructor. He is teaching three of us at the same time (and we are all at different levels of learning). He always has positive & motivating feedback. His guitar and music knowledge is mind-blowing. He articulates instructions very clearly and is able to guide us into understanding how to play a guitar in a very adaptable process. I recommend him to beginners as well as advanced players as he is able to adapt to levels.
