We offer a $799 flat fee contract, which includes the preparation of all uncontested court documents from the beginning through the Final Judgment and Writ of Possession. Our flat fee does not include court filings, issuance of the summons, or service of process, which generally cost around $185, $10 per tenant, and $50 per tenant, respectively. The Sheriff’s fee for the Writ of Possession and removal of the tenant varies by county but is generally $90.
It is important to note that if you are being evicted, the fee covers the preparation of all court documents and service. However, it does not cover attorney appearances at Court or Mediation. Our team can help stop your eviction and give you time to figure out your situation if you have already been served a 3-day pay or quit. If you have already been given a notice to vacate, you will have to see a judge very quickly.
