Seeking an experienced Fertility Attorney (Reproductive Law / Surrogacy Specialist) for assistance with family formation matters in Orange County.
We are looking for a licensed California attorney with strong expertise in assisted reproductive technology (ART), including:
- Gestational surrogacy agreements
- Parental rights establishment and pre-birth orders
- IVF and fertility clinic legal issues
- Related family law matters for intended parents, donors, or carriers
Requirements:
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Proven experience in fertility/reproductive law (preferred 2+ years handling surrogacy or similar cases)
- Knowledge of California surrogacy statutes and best practices
- Professional, responsive, and client-focused
- Ability to work efficiently on agreements, reviews, and coordination with clinics/agencies
This is for one or more specific matters starting soon. We prefer attorneys based in or familiar with Los Angeles County for in-person meetings if needed, but remote/hybrid is possible for the right candidate.
