I am a non-attorney Plaintiff in a civil rights and civil RICO complaint against several members of the California State Bar. The suit is filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. I was an employee of a non-profit legal services organization whom the Bar provided false declarations and other false evidence to a superior court judge in order to obtain an injunction to shut down the organization. In addition, a member of the Bar used race and political affiliation as a means to deny grant funding to the organization. I am representing myself in pro per but I need an attorney who will represent the organization (corporation). The main problems I face are (1) most attorneys are fearful of involvement in a case against the Bar, even where the Plaintiff may succeed, and (2) I don't have the money to retain a large firm who have vast experience in this area of law. Should you wish to come on board, you will have your own experienced paralegal who will work under your supervision. This is a part-time case and you can do it remotely. You must be admitted to practice before the federal district court for the Central District of California or I can pay your admittance fee as long as you are an attorney licensed in the State of California.
