compensation:$30/hr - $150/hr and up on hourly matters depending on case/project (Most hourly matters average over $100/hr). Contingency matters vary but usually range from 40%-50% of the fee earned. Flat fee matters vary.

Weβre hiring California-licensed attorneys to join our team on a remote, part-time basis. We're especially looking for attorneys with experience in:
β’ - Family Law (divorce, custody, support, restraining orders)
β’ - Civil Litigation (general business, breach of contract, property disputes)
β’ - Employment Law (wrongful termination, wage/hour, discrimination)
Weβre also open to attorneys in areas like Landlord-Tenant Law, Estate Planning, Personal Injury and more.
πΉ What You'll Do:
β’ - Handle limited-scope or full-representation matters β you choose your workload
β’ - Conduct phone-based client intakes and consults
β’ - Draft documents, negotiate, or litigate (your choice!)
β’ - Collaborate with our legal support team (paralegals, admin, etc.)
πΉ What We Offer:
β’ - $50β$150/hour and up (depends on task, complexity, and client type)
β’ - Full flexibility: Work when you want, take only the cases you want
β’ - Administrative support: We handle payment collection, calendaring, and client onboarding
β’ - Legal team support available if you want help on matters

β’ - Must be licensed and in good standing with the CA State Bar
β’ - Reside in California
β’ - Able to commit at least 10 hours/week
