ABOUT THE JOB The Corpore Paralegal will support the Legal Department in delivering high-quality legal services, contract management, and operional excellence across the organizion. This role requires an experienced in-house paralegal who can independently manage contract workflows, draft and review routine agreements, maintain corpore records, and collabore cross-functionally while escaling complex issues as approprie. This position plays a key role in contract lifecycle management, corpore governance support, and departmental process improvement initiives.
Responsibilities
· Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle from intake through drafting, negotiion, approval, execution (including e-signures), renewal, amendment, and terminion, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance and management of commercial agreements · Review, draft, and redline a broad range of commercial agreements (both sales and supplier agreements), applying sound judgment to balance business objectives with risk mitigion and appropriely escaling complex or high-risk mters. · Drive operional excellence in contract management, administering and optimizing the contract lifecycle management (CLM) system, maintaining temples and clause libraries, improving processes, and independently resolving routine issues while escaling with clear context and recommendions as needed. · Partner effectively with internal stakeholders to respond to contract-reled inquiries, clarify requirements, and align on business priorities, building strong cross-functional relionships and contributing to team cohesion and operional effectiveness. · Assist with the maintenance of corpore records. · Contribute to Legal departmental process improvement initiives by identifying inefficiencies, proposing solutions, and collaboring with cross-functional partners to implement enhancements th will strengthen overall legal operions. · Special projects and duties as assigned.
Qualificions
· Bachelor’s Degree. · Paralegal Certifice from an ABA Approved Paralegal Educion Program. · Minimum 4-6 years of prior contracts/transactional and in-house experience. · Demonstred experience reviewing different types of contracts (food or manufacturing industry experience a plus). · Strong organizional skills with exceptional tention to detail. · Knowledge and experience in applying compliance and regulory standards. · Proven ability to communice all levels of a business through all methods of communicion. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. · Collaborion and communicion skills to work with cross-functional teams and internal business partners. · Notary public, or the ability to become a notary public. · Curiosity and a willingness to tackle mters outside of your expertise.
COMPENSATION
Pay Range:$110,000 - $123,000
Base pay for this role will be determined based on experience, qualificions, locion, and internal equity, in accordance with company guidelines
Other Compension: May include shift differentials, overtime pay, bonuses, or other incentive pay as applicable to the position and locion.
