Own the Case. Deliver the Result.
TORKLAW is hiring a litigation attorney for high-value plaintiff personal injury cases in California.
This is not a support role. You will be expected to own your caseload, drive litigation strategy, communicate with clients, move cases forward, and deliver results.
What You Will Do
- Manage a full litigation caseload from filing through resolution
- Develop case strategy, liability, damages, and settlement value
- Draft and argue motions
- Handle discovery, depositions, experts, and trial preparation
- Negotiate with carriers and defense counsel
- Communicate directly with clients
- First chair civil jury trials
What We Are Looking For
- Attorney licensed and in good standing
- 7+ years plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
- Real trial experience
- Strong writing, motion practice, and courtroom ability
- Independent operator who does not need hand holding
- High accountability, urgency, and ownership
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

- $200,000+ base depending on experience
