Must have at least 5 years paralegal experience with conservatorship pleading completion (No Exception). Any application without such experience WILL NOT be considered. Must have excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Also, must have extensive experience working with courthouse/courtroom probate staff
No tele-commuting. Will be W-2 employee (no independent contracting). Hours can be very flexible (e.g., early morning to early afternoon start). 30 - 40 hours per week. Please attach resume to your email.
