Receptionist/ Office Assistant for Immigration Law Office (Garden Grove, CA)

compensation: $12-14hr DOE
employment type: part-time

We are a small fast-growing immigration law firm looking for a receptionist with law office experience (Preferably).

Immigration knowledge is a plus.

Must be bilingual (Spanish & English)

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, be self-motivated, detail oriented, able to multi-task and ability to track and complete many items simultaneously and have great customer service skills.

Must be able to care for clients, be self-motivated, and be a team-player.

This is an excellent position for a motivated individual who is looking for an opportunity to grow within the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/ DUTIES:
-Answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
-Scheduling appointments on Google calendar
-Take messages and forward to appropriate paralegal
-Create new client folders physically and electronically
-Bill clients and send out invoices
-Collection calls
-Organizing Mail
-Check emails
-Scan mail, documents, and save it on respective Client(s)' folder on DropBox.
-Must be willing to assist paralegal when needed with Court Filings
-Communicate with Courts for inquiries
-Create Shipping labels
-Other duties directed by Management

THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION WITH POTENTIAL TO BECOME FULL-TIME POSITION.
