Our boutique law firm is looking for a driven legal administrative assistant with outstanding verbal and written communication, customer service, and office management skills. The ideal candidate would possess the ability to work under pressure, take initiatives, and to work with minimal supervision. This position offers opportunities to learn drafting of estate planning and corporate documents and to excel in a law office that values teamwork and collaboration. Our areas of practice include trusts, wills, and probate, as well as business and corporate law.
The position will be performing administrative tasks such as answering phones, scanning documents, and managing a law office. In addition, the position will be supporting staff and attorney with legal work, such as estate planning, corporate documents, probate, and trust administration.
The position is a full time position.
Additional job qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of office experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Google Docs
Minimum of 2 years of college education
Preference for English, history or philosophy majors
Knowledge of WealthDocx a plus
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese a plus
