We’re on the hunt for a Service Writer / Technician who’s just as comfortable turning a wrench as they are talking with customers. This role is perfect for former lube techs, tire techs, small engine mechanics, or anyone with a mechanical background who also has strong people skills and basic computer chops.
This isn’t your average desk job. You'll be face-to-face with customers, helping them with equipment issues, tracking service tickets, doing light repairs, and making sure jobs get done right—and on time.
💥 What You'll Be Doing:
Greet customers, troubleshoot equipment issues, and write up repair/service tickets
Perform light mechanical work (oil changes, hose replacements, tune-ups, etc.)
Communicate with technicians and customers to keep service jobs moving
Order parts, update inventory, and keep the service area tidy
Use a computer to create quotes, track jobs, and manage service calls
Follow up with customers after service—because we don’t just fix machines, we build trust
🔍 Who We're Looking For:
Mechanical aptitude is a must – If you’ve done oil changes, rotated tires, fixed small engines, or worked in a service bay, we want to talk to you
People skills matter – You’ll be talking to customers daily, so a friendly, clear communicator is key
Computer capable – Nothing crazy, but you should be comfortable typing up service notes, sending emails, and navigating repair software
Dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to hustle
✅ Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous experience as a Service Writer, Lube Tech, Tire Tech, Small Engine Mechanic, or Shop Assistant
Knowledge of pressure washers, steamers, or industrial cleaning equipment (not required—we’ll train the right person)
Bilingual a plus!
