We’re a brand-new waterless microfoam hand car wash, and we’re looking to build a solid crew for Thursday–Sunday shifts. We wash high-end cars by hand and pay commission per vehicle.
Most people start off making around $150/day. By the third day, motivated team members are hitting $250+/day. This isn’t just about cleaning cars — it’s about learning how to talk to people, negotiate, and develop real skills that make you sharper for the future.
Requirements:
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle (no buses, no scooters, no drop-offs). We’re mobile and move as a crew.
• Be coachable, leave your ego at home, and stay hungry to learn.
• Ready to work outdoors, stay active, and deal with customers face-to-face.
Schedule: Thursday–Sunday only.
