I am building and expanding a construction company and am seeking a licensed California General B Contractor interested in forming a structured, long-term working relationship.
The business infrastructure is already in place — client acquisition, operations, systems, and growth strategy. I am looking to align with a licensed contractor who is open to serving in a qualifying capacity while we build something substantial together.
This is not a subcontracting arrangement.
This is an opportunity to collaborate and grow a company with long-term upside.
What I’m Looking For:
• Active California General B license in good standing
• Open to a formal qualifying structure (RMO/RME arrangement)
• Interested in a consistent monthly compensation model
• Willing to provide oversight, guidance, and assist with estimating as needed and if needed
• Entrepreneurial mindset preferred

Compensation:
Structured monthly agreement, negotiable based on involvement and experience.
