Looking for a licensed, bonded, and insured flooring installer for a small ~450 sq ft flooring project.
Scope of work:
Demo and removal of existing flooring
Proper subfloor prep
Install new Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring
Single downstairs area: kitchen + living room (open floor plan)
I will provide the flooring (purchased from Floor & Decor using my Pro account).
Come take a look in person OR
Provide a ballpark estimate based on the details above
