I am a licensed contractor with a large commercial silicone roof coating project underway and additional work under contract.
This is a prevailing wage job, so pay is based on California prevailing wage rates. I am looking for the best of the best someone with real experience in roofing and roof coatings, especially silicone applications.
What I’m Looking For:
Many years of hands on experience with silicone roof coatings
Strong general roofing knowledge (prep, repairs, penetrations, seams)
Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Able to work safely and follow manufacturer specs
Someone who can represent the company professionally on site
Important Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Prevailing wage payroll only (no cash, no flat-fee labor)
Drug testing required
Zero tolerance for smoking, drinking, or drug use:
On the job
Before work
Off the job if it affects performance or safety
Must be dependable and trustworthy
Work Details:
Commercial silicone roof application
Approximately 220,000 square feet under contract
Part-time to start, with opportunity to grow into more work
This is new for us, but with the right people we can build something long-term and solid
