We are a licensed general contracting company looking for an experienced decking and waterproofing professional to assist with HOA decking repair projects.
We work directly with a property management company that oversees multiple Homeowners Associations. While the work is not yet fully consistent, the volume has been increasing steadily, and over the past few months we have been awarded larger projects and more frequent jobs. We expect this to continue to grow.
Scope of Work Includes:
Decking repairs
Waterproofing systems
HOA maintenance and repair work
Payment Structure (Important):
All materials are paid up front
Labor is paid once the HOA pays, typically 14–30 days
