We’re a startup waterless microfoam hand car wash looking for people who can actually show up with their own vehicle. Why? Because we’re mobile, and our crew moves as one. No buses, no scooters, no drop-offs. If you don’t have wheels, this won’t work.
You’ll be trained to wash high-end cars by hand and paid commission for every one you complete. Most people start around $150/day and hit $250+/day by their third shift.
This is more than a paycheck — it’s training in how to communicate, negotiate, and handle customers face-to-face. It’s challenging, but the reward is real: the harder you push, the more you take home.
Requirements:
• Reliable personal vehicle. No exceptions.
• Must be coachable, ego-free, and hungry to learn.
• Energy to work outdoors and stay active Thursday–Sunday.
