We are looking for an experienced person, handyman, or contractor to build a small wooden platform and staircase that provides access from an upstairs bedroom to downstairs.
Project Details:
Wooden platform + stairs (similar to patio/deck-style stairs)
Access from upstairs bedroom to downstairs backyard
All materials will be provided
Labor only is needed
Work must be sturdy, safe, and professionally finished
Residential property in OC
Requirements:
Proven experience building wooden stairs, decks, or patio-style staircases or what make sense
Attention to safety, proper measurements, and clean workmanship
Ability to complete the project efficiently
