Experienced Window Cleaning Technician Wanted
Looking for an experienced Window Cleaning Technician to join our team. I’m looking for someone who already knows the trade and can produce professional-quality work with little supervision.
The goal is to eventually have someone I can trust to handle jobs independently, so reliability and attention to detail are a must.
Pay • $20–25/hour, depending on experience and skill • Opportunity for raises based on performance
What You’ll Be Doing • Residential & commercial window cleaning • Interior & exterior windows • Screens and tracks • Pressure washing (experience is a plus) • Solar panel cleaning (training available) • Occasional ladder work
Requirements • Professional window cleaning experience required • Must know how to use a squeegee and leave a streak-free finish • Comfortable working on ladders • Reliable transportation • Punctual, dependable, and professional • Strong work ethic and attention to detail • Able to work independently when needed
Bonus If You Have • Your own professional window cleaning tools • Experience with water-fed poles or DI systems • Pressure washing experience • Solar panel cleaning experience
