I am looking for assistance from volunteers or someone affordable who can help me document and dispose of belongings that were damaged after a water leak in my storage unit.

Because of my medical conditions, I cannot safely be around mold and am unable to sort through the items myself. The insurance company requires that the contents be photographed and documented before they can be discarded.

The help needed would involve:
• Opening and photographing boxes and contents
• Creating a basic inventory of damaged items
• Placing damaged items into a dumpster or disposal container
• Taking reasonable precautions due to mold exposure (gloves, mask, etc.)

The storage unit is located in Orange County. I am happy to provide more details privately.

This situation has become overwhelming because of my health limitations, and I would be extremely grateful for any assistance, referrals, or recommendations.
