Our jobs include post-construction final cleans, renovation cleanups, deep cleans, and move-in/out cleans. We're looking for experienced cleaners throughout Orange County (Irvine, Tustin, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, and surrounding areas). We have consistent projects coming in and send you jobs based on your service area and availability. Work where and when you want to.
Pay: $30–40/hr depending on project scope and experience, with increases for strong client reviews.
You'd be working as an independent contractor.
What we're looking for:
- Strong experience in post-construction cleaning, deep cleans, or both. If you know your way around construction dust, paint overspray, and final detail work — you're who we're looking for.
- Move-in/out and Airbnb turnover experience is a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Authorization to work in the US
