We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly skilled Handyman to help maintain a commercial office property in South Orange County as needed. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and can handle a wide range of building maintenance tasks with professionalism and care.
🔧 Responsibilities:
• General repairs and preventative maintenance
• Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting
• Painting, patching, and carpentry
• Door, lock, and hardware fixes
• Pressure washing and exterior upkeep
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in Orange County
• Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
• Proven experience in commercial property maintenance
• Strong work ethic, honesty, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Open to a background check
