Owner seeking to have adu constructed in rear yard of corner lot in College Park area. This is to be 20' x 30' two story ADU (1200 sf). Frame and stucco. Could be metal framing. Stucco exterior. Seeking a bid on basic apartment style construciton. At this point we are seeking a bid per square foot. Just think of a two story rectangle, apartment grade interior, AC, its own meter. Kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and living room. Stacked washer / dryer in kitchen. Concrete slab foundation. Vinyl windows. Pitchen roof. Comp shingle roof. Two sliders, 1 small balcony. Give us a good starting bid. We can always upgrade. We can act as owner builder. We are familar with real estate and constuction. You can live in OC, LA or inland empire. We may have other projects. We won't hold you to bid but want to see what ballpark you are in.
