Need tasker for commercial property for random tasks (Buena Park)

I need a personal "task rabbit" to help with odd jobs at our commercial property. Someone RELIABLE and doesn't mind doing random tasks. Sometimes you may need to get your hands dirty and/or lift up to 20 lbs.
This is not a part time or full time job, it will mainly be odd jobs here and there. We don't have enough work to keep you employed consistently. We need someone who is in Buena Park to help us with being boots on the ground.
Tasks may be completely random but it'll be helpful if your handy with some tools (but not required).
Some tasks could possibly be super simple like stopping by the property to close the door or test out the code
Some of it may border property management tasks like meeting repair techs like the HVAC guy or electrician on site
If you're handy then it could include tasks like installing something like a door knob or helping to code the gate remote control
You may be tasked with going to copy a key or going to buy a part from home depot
When our cleaner is out, we might ask you to step in and help that week
These are just some of the random tasks you may be assigned.

We will be running a background check on this person as we will be giving them access to the property. So you will need to provide a valid drivers license and social security number.
You will be provided a 1099 as a contractor.
Pay is $20/hr is the standard rate but may also be project based or go up based on the type of work required.
Once again, there's not a ton of work, so don't expect consistent work, this is a gig and sometimes there may be no work for weeks and then one week all of a sudden we may need your help more. NOT looking to hire someone from a skilled trade, just looking for someone to do possible "quick" tasks
