Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and hands on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, optimizing processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and leading a team to achieve high levels of efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in ensuring timely order fulfillment while controlling costs and maintaining compliance with all regulations.
Key Responsibilities-
Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control
Lead, mentor, and develop warehouse staff (supervisors, leads, and associates)
Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency
Maintain high inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper inventory management systems
Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
Manage warehouse budget, control costs (labor, equipment, supplies), and optimize resource allocation
Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service teams to meet delivery deadlines
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time shipping, order accuracy, productivity, and shrinkage
Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Oversee facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and security protocols
Handle employee scheduling, performance reviews, hiring, and disciplinary actions
Requirements and Qualifications-
High School Diploma Required
5+ years of progressive warehouse or distribution center experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Proven track record of managing teams of 20+ employees
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems
Experience with inventory management, logistics, and lean warehousing practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace
Forklift certification and knowledge of material handling equipment
Preferred Skills
Experience in distribution environments
Familiarity with warehouse systems and DSD systems
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
