Plantscapers is seeking a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Fleet Assistant to support our interior plantscaping operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, variety in their day, and being part of a growing, collaborative, and creative team.
Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries of plants, pottery, and supplies
• Prep plants, moss walls, and replica greenery for installations
• Load and unload trucks and assist installation crews as needed
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and plant/pottery inventory
• Manage and maintain company fleet (gas & electric vehicles – approximately 12 vehicles)
• Support special projects and on-site installations
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse, installation, and fleet experience required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform ladder work
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling software)
• Plant knowledge a plus
• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Customer service experience preferred
