Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in San Clemente, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience with general maintenance and repairs and be able to complete work orders efficiently while helping maintain the property in good condition.
Responsibilities:
Complete daily maintenance work orders
Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliances
Assist with unit turns and apartment preparation
Maintain cleanliness of maintenance areas and property grounds
Inspect common areas and report any maintenance issues
Ensure repairs are completed in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
Previous maintenance experience preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Reliable transportation
Strong problem-solving skills
Pay: $21.00 per hour
