What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experienced floor cleaner—not just willing to learn, but already skilled
✔ Comfortable running Sandia extractors, buffers, carpet cleaning machines, and power washers
✔ Familiar with cleaning products, sealers, and refinishing chemicals
✔ Hardworking, reliable, and motivated to excel
✔ Professional communication and customer service skills
What You’ll Be Doing:
🔹 Deep cleaning, sealing, and refinishing floors
🔹 Carpet and tile cleaning with professional machines
🔹 Upselling services and providing job quotes
🔹 Training junior crew members and overseeing job sites
