Looking for a dependable, hard-working laborer to assist with residential demolition projects throughout South Orange County.
Job Duties
Residential demolition work including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, framing, concrete, patios, sheds, decks, and other interior and exterior demolition projects. Work includes heavy lifting, loading debris into dump trailers, operating hand and power tools, maintaining a clean jobsite, and following safety procedures. Looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works efficiently, and shows up on time. Experience in demolition or construction is preferred but not required for the right person with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Requirements:
* Reliable transportation
* Punctual and dependable
* Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
* Construction or demolition experience is preferred, but not required if you’re willing to learn
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
