Our Maintenance Technician's are responsible for performing a multitude of tasks including maintenance, painting, carpentry, plumbing,electrical, and other duties, as assigned. Ideal applicants will have previous general maintenance experience, excellent customer service skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Please note that this position requires weekend working hours. Ideal candidates will have prior experience with appliances, plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, operating power tools.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma preferred
- 2+ years experience in property management- preferred; but not required
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required
- Knowledge of hand tools and maintenance procedures
Abilities: -Clear, concise verbal and written communication
-Demonstrate customer- service orientation
-Strong attention to detail
-Good organization and time management skills
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Must carry/lift loads of over 75 lbs
