Orange County Painting Services is looking for a licensed exterior painting subcontractor who can complete high-quality exterior residential painting work.
This is not a sales position.
You do not need to sell.
You do not need to knock doors.
You do not need to chase customers.
You do not need to create your own leads.
We already have the customer process, inspection process, photos, reports, job notes, and approved jobs moving through the system.
Now we need the right licensed painter/subcontractor to complete the actual painting work.

π° How the Pay Structure Works
This is a 1099 licensed subcontractor opportunity.
The project split is simple:
β 75% goes to the licensed painter/subcontractor
β 25% goes to Orange County Painting Services
The split is based on the approved total customer invoice.
Orange County Painting Services provides the lead, customer process, inspection report, photos, job notes, customer communication, and project coordination.
You provide the painting skill, labor, crew if needed, equipment, materials planning, and high-quality finished work.
Before each job starts, we may send you:
β Photos of the property
β Inspection report
β Scope notes
β Customer details
β Job expectations
You may be asked to review the photos/report and give us your price for the work.
Once the customer invoice is approved and the project is confirmed, the project split is 75% to you and 25% to us.
Final scope, pricing, and payout will be confirmed before the job starts.
