We are expanding our team and seeking one reliable, skilled individual for the roles of Construction Lead. This is a1099 independent contractor opportunity, and the Lead will serve as the contractor’s primary support on all job sites.

Compensation:
• $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience
• Some Saturdays required
• 1099 independent contractor position
Tools & Transportation Requirements:
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must have a full set of hand and power tools appropriate for a lead-level role
• Must be able to transport tools and materials as needed
• Truck or work vehicle preferred
Responsibilities:
• Arrive on time and demonstrate consistent reliability
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors on-site
• Lead, train, and support the assigned helper
• Report job-site updates and issues to the contractor and office team
• Review and confirm material deliveries for accuracy
• Promote and maintain a safe and efficient job-site environment
Qualifications:
• Prior construction experience required
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage tasks and support project progress
