We are searching for grounds personnel that are efficient and thorough in the performance of their duties.
Beautiful Manufactured Housing Community located in Midway City looking for reliable Groundskeeper to:
• Maintain all common areas including, but not limited to: the clubhouse, laundry room, bathrooms, offices and pool areas.
• Daily inspection of all park grounds for litter, graffiti and maintenance needs.
• Perform light landscape maintenance duties as required.
• Perform asphalt maintenance duties as required.
• Account for Park equipment and supplies.
• Maintain and update tool inventory list for Maintenance Supervisor Utilize daily work orders processes by obtaining, performing and returning same to Community Manager.
