We are hiring for two roles:

🚛 Driver ($23/hr + Tips)
• Drive dump trucks and box trucks to job sites
• Lead jobs and work with a helper
• Responsible for safe driving and efficiency
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable driving dump trucks or box trucks
• Strong work ethic and leadership mindset

• Assist driver with loading and hauling
• Lift furniture, appliances, and debris
• Support team to complete jobs efficiently
Requirements:
• Able to lift 75–100 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable and hardworking
• Willing to learn and grow

• Part-time or full-time available
• Typical schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours may vary depending on daily job schedule

What You’ll Do (Both Roles)
• Load furniture, appliances, and debris
• Provide professional customer service
• Sort items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Work efficiently as part of a team

• No last-minute call-outs
• No phone use during jobs
• Maintain professionalism at all times

• Driver: $23/hour + tips
• Helper: $20/hour + tips
• Tips daily (often $50–$150+)
