We are a growing small construction company looking for a motivated, dependable individual to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with experience in construction labor, carpentry, framing, and demolition who wants the opportunity to grow with a company and build a long-term career.
*Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction labor on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Perform carpentry and framing tasks as needed
- Participate in demolition work safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow project plans, directions, and company safety standards
- Support the crew with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude
*Qualifications:
- Experience in construction, carpentry, and framing preferred
- Ability to perform demolition and other physical labor tasks
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Strong motivation to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to quality workmanship and job site safety
