Junior Service (Maintenance) Technician (Laguna Niguel)

Pay: $20.50 - 23.00 per hour

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Days off: Fri/Sat or Sun/Mon

Job description The Junior Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the apartment community in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Junior Service Technician performs janitorial, light carpentry, light plumbing, painting, light electrical, pool maintenance, and other general and preventative maintenance repairs.
