Responsibilities:
Surface preparation (grinding, patching, repairs)
Mixing and applying epoxy and polyaspartic coatings
Moving materials and equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe job site
Working with a crew to complete projects efficiently
Delivering high-quality workmanship and customer service
Requirements:
Construction experience preferred
Epoxy flooring experience is a plus but not required (we will train the right person)
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable transportation
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be dependable and punctual
