📍 Location: Fullerton, CA
The Detail Clinic is Orange County’s premier auto restyling and protection shop specializing in paint protection film (PPF), ceramic coatings, tint, vinyl wraps, and high-end detailing. We are expanding and looking to add dedicated team members to our growing crew.
🚗 Position 1: Production Manager – Starting at $25/hr
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional detailing experience
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a shop environment
Must have sales experience (ability to close jobs and upsell services)
Must be able to lead a team and manage staff
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of ceramic coatings, polishing, PPF, or wraps a plus
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily shop operations and production schedule
Manage detailers and ensure quality control
Train new team members and uphold high standards
Assist with sales, customer consultations, and upselling services
Communicate with management to ensure smooth workflow
🚙 Position 2: Automotive Detailer – Starting at $21–$23/hr (DOE)
Requirements:
Experience with interior and exterior car detailing
Knowledge of polishing techniques is a plus
Experience with ceramic coating application is a plus
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior detailing services
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in polishing, coating, and shop support tasks as needed
💵 Compensation & Benefits
Competitive pay: $25/hr for Production Manager and $21–$23/hr for Detailer (depending on experience)
