Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for enthusiastic Event Assistants to join our team for upcoming weddings and high-end social events.
Requirements:
Must have valid authorization to work in the United States
Punctual, professional, and a team player
Able to take direction and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Weekend availability is a must (most events are Fridays–Sundays)
Duties May Include:
Assisting with event setup and breakdown
Supporting lead planners and coordinators onsite
Guest service and vendor communication
Keeping event areas organized and on schedule
Various duties based on the event needs.
Compensation:
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and a great fit, we’ll definitely take care of you — we value and reward great team members!
Location: Events primarily take place in Southern California (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego and surrounding areas).
Must have reliable transportation.
