Job Description : This Job opening is for part time at beginning M-F and progress to full time depending on skill level after training. The service area is from Laguna Hills to San Clemente and the surrounding area of Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel.
Experience : No experience is necessary, we will train on the job. We are looking for a friendly, hardworking technician, with a good work ethic, common sense a proactive attitude, and someone who can problem solve. you will be responsible for cleaning swimming pools and spas. Must have a reliable cell phone with good coverage and be able to use it and apps proficiently. This job involves being on your feet for several hrs each day, in the heat, and in the cold, people that have health issues or take a lot of days sick need not apply. The service area is south Orange County.
Pay : We pay a fixed rate per stop, this can increase based on experience, longevity, and professionalism. Once trained your pay should be between $25 - $30 P/hr, If hired, We do payroll every 2 weeks directly into bank account, via W2.
Vacation : Vacation will be accrued based on longevity with the company, no vacation will be given in the first 6 months, 1 week will be given after the first 6 months in the first year, this will raise by 1 week per year to a maximum of 3 weeks paid per year after 3 years of service with company.
